Position Summary

The Assistant Recruiting & Research Coordinator will be a key support role in the overall sourcing and interview process. They will work closely with the Client Relationship Directors to create an efficient process for finding quality candidates and ensuring that our candidate pipeline is moving along quickly and smoothly. This is a dynamic role for a person looking to work in a small business environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the candidate sourcing process on a per project basis
  • Find, interview and submit qualified candidates to Client Relationship Directors
  • Work closely with Client Relationship Directors to assist with client management (to include interview scheduling, submittal package creation, etc.)
  • Keep current and update the on-line recruitment system
  • Create job descriptions and job ads
  • Manage job posting process for Monster, Linkedin and other on-line sites and newspapers on a per project basis
  • Keep current and update internal production lists
  • Attend events, meetings, dinners, networking events, seminars and conventions as needed
  • Keep current and update client database
  • Conduct research on potential clients and areas for company growth
  • Help coordinate additional Marketing or Operational projects as needed by Marketing and Shared Services Executive Directors
  • Social Media Platform (linked-in, facebook, pinterest, twitter) posting and updating
  • Writing blogs, news updates for social media
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to the overall growth of the company
  • Part of support team that is first line of defense in fielding incoming calls

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, PR or General Business a plus)
  • High-level business acumen
  • Experience in an office setting
  • Great phone and communication skills
  • Ability to think independently but work well with a team
  • Basic to intermediate technology troubleshooting skills
  • Passionate people person that can just as easily talk on the phone as they can do solitary computer research work
  • Prior recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus but not required
  • Desire to work in a fun, open office environment where a job well done is required and rewarded!
